The Connecticut Climate Crisis Mobilization (C3M) will mobilize a coalition of organizations throughout Connecticut to accelerate urgently needed action toward a just transition to 100% clean renewable energy and net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2030, an end to environmental racism, and an economy based on human needs.
Our Strategy
C3M will build the climate movement by making connections among groups such as faith communities, unions, and organizations dedicated to peace, immigrant rights, sustainable agriculture, and social justice as well as environmental organizations.C3M will leverage the power of our movement to implement our goals in public policy through campaigns of advocacy, including legislative efforts, climate education, mass rallies, and direct action.
